Megan Bull received her B.S. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with a minor in Technology Management from the University of California, Davis. After her graduation, she moved to San Francisco to begin her career in research in the sector of rare disease pharmaceuticals. Shortly after, she became a victim of the Gilroy Garlic Festival mass-shooting and, less than a year later, she was affected by both the California wildfires and was involved in a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident that required her to undergo major back surgery. After her own experiences with traumatic events and her personal mental health journey, she created Reclaim Foundation so anyone affected by trauma could find a supportive community and a comprehensive list of resources in a virtual and easy-to-use format. With her work as the founder of Reclaim Foundation, Megan and her company aim to be on the forefront of trauma recovery so that every survivor has the opportunity and ability to reclaim their lives.
