She is also the founder of She is Money, a coaching company she created so that professional women could ditch distraction, disappointment and overwhelm to create their own versions of success, both in and outside of work.
She is passionate about connecting high-achieving women and equipping them with goal-setting and performance strategies. She is Money is designed to coach women by equipping them with knowledge, strategy and support as they create their own true versions of success so they may live the life they dream of having.
Dr. Moore additionally created the So Money Society to connect members for meetings and support, with a purpose to guide each client to career advancement as well as personal fulfillment to live life with joy and tenacity.
