Dr. Seema Desai is a dentist, Certified Professional Coach specializing in performance and well-being, speaker, and author of the newly-released children’s book, “Connected: Discovering Your Inner Guides.” She is also Co-President of the Austin chapter of Pratham USA, a non-profit organization aimed at creating learning equality for underserved children in India and globally.
Dr. Desai experiences postpartum depression, which resulted in a deep drive to make parenting easier and more meaningful. When she discovered how to create that outcome for herself, it became apparent just how needed these concepts and tools are to raising children to be leaders that are empathetic and effective communicators and solution-seekers. Her specialty is coaching women in healthcare where she implements her professional coaching techniques to help women embrace their unique qualities.
