Dr. Erin Presant is a board certified Osteopathic Neurologist and certified Culinary Medicine specialist, where she focuses on empowering people to make healthy choices in their diets and shows them how to do just that in their own kitchens. She is the founder of Medicine of Yum, an online cooking course that not only provides recipes, teaches culinary skills and offers live online classes, but also teaches the science behind the food. Medicine of Yum brings evidence based medical dietary and nutrition guidance to people through virtual teaching kitchens. Because Culinary Medicine is such a new field of medicine, Dr. Presant enjoys designing how to best serve people, and is looking forward to engaging in social and public health changes that she believes Culinary Medicine will help to develop.
